We require the competitive edge in business more than ever before but are the leadership in our businesses actually “Fit to lead?”
Longer hours, food that is grabbed on the go, exercise that is crammed into frantic gym sessions and an attitude to sleep that it’s actually a bit of a waste of good working hours is eroding our business leader’s health and sanity. How can we get businesses to see the value of Wellness in the Workplace if many leaders relegate their own health to the bottom of their business priorities?
The panel discussion, “Fit for Leadership” is facilitated by business guru and leadership expert, René Carayol – Broadcaster, author and business speaker (former Board Director of Marks and Spencer, PepsiCo and IPC Media, René is currently an adviser to, amongst others, The World Bank, The United Nations and Barclays) In René’s expert hands our panel will deliver a highly thought provoking, important and game-changing debate:
Rebecca Stephens MBE, first woman to climb Mount Everest, inspires heads of business to construct a leader’s mind-set
