I am delighted to have been appointed to the advisory board of Ingredients Insight Magazine. The first issue will be out shortly – my first contribution is about how we have to be authentic to the consumer and make sure that we are as tranparent and open in our labelling and in what we put in the products. Consumers are becoming, quite rightly, more and more demanding to know what is in their food. We should always make sure therefore that we serve our customer’s need to know what they are putting in their bodies, rather than making short cuts that could have a consequence later.
